Project Manager | Commercial Construction

I’m looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established commercial builder in Brisbane, delivering projects across education, healthcare and industrial construction.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to run a project from start to finish, lead a team and deliver quality outcomes across programme, budget and safety.
The Role:

- Manage projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and consultants to keep projects on track.
- Oversee budgets, programmes, procurement and contract administration.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Drive quality, safety and programme performance across each project.
- Identify and resolve project risks and challenges before they impact delivery.

About You:





- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering education, healthcare and/or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project programming, cost control and contract management.
- Confident leading teams and managing subcontractor performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
