Heidelberg Materials Australia in Townsville is seeking a Batcher / Relief Agitator Driver to join our concrete operations. You will batch, drive agitators, perform yard duties and support loading and stock takes, with a focus on safety and quality.

This role offers overtime opportunities, a comprehensive 10‑day training program, and on-site work at the Townsville Concrete Plant with contemporary trucks and route tracking. Strong customer communication and reliable teamwork are essential.
