Locations we currently need

We’re hiring across Melbourne’s West, including:
Officer • South Eastern suburbs

You’ll ideally live locally or be ready to travel to these areas.

What you’ll be doing

Your support will be tailored to each client. Duties may include:

- Personal Care Assistance (low & high care)
(training provided if you’re newer to personal care)





- Mental health & emotional support in a person-centred way

- Community access & social outings
(transport, shopping, recreation, appointments)

- In-home social activities & companionship

- Helping clients progress toward personal goals

- Light domestic support to keep the home safe and comfortable

You’re a great fit if you are…

- Kind, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping people

- Person-centred and respectful of dignity, choice, and independence

- Confident working one-on-one in client homes

- Comfortable following care plans while using your initiative

- Able to commit to ongoing client schedules

Essential requirements (must-have)

- Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- First Aid Certificate

- Working With Children Check

- Smartphone with internet access

- Availability for flexible hours (morning and/or night shifts)

- Experience providing personal care (male or female clients)

Desirable (nice-to-have)

- Certificate III or higher in Age Care / Individual Support
(highly regarded, not essential)
