OOSH Coordinator | Lead a Service While Staying Connected to Children | Above Award Pay
Lambton OOSH | Permanent Part-Time | 35 Hours per Week + Educational Leader Time

Are you an experienced leader within Education and Care looking for a role where you'll be genuinely supported, valued and set up for success?

At Lake Mac Newy OOSH, we're looking for a Coordinator who enjoys leading from the front.

This is a predominantly on-the-floor, in-ratio leadership role where most of your working week is spent directly supporting children and educators within the service. Dedicated non-contact time is provided for leadership, Educational Leader, compliance and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to remain connected to children, families and daily practice while effectively leading the service.

Unlike many Coordinator positions, you won't be expected to manage everything alone. Our Coordinators receive ongoing support with rostering, enrolments, Educational Leadership, compliance and operational matters, allowing them to focus on building strong teams and delivering high-quality outcomes for children.
