Automotive Sales Consultant (Novated Leasing)

THE ROLE

We've had a year of exponential growth and need more great people. As a Novated Lease Consultant you'll be the link between employee, employer and financier, taking customers from first enquiry to driving away in their new car and making a three-way agreement feel simple.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage novated lease leads from enquiry to settled deal

Explain the potential tax savings and benefits of a novated lease (general information, not financial advice)

Guide customers on vehicle choice, including through our dealer network

Prepare lease quotes and impact statements, and process finance applications

Follow up expiring leases and outstanding quotes

Keep across recent models, releases and current offers

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience in novated leasing, car sales or a related industry





A genuinely customer-focused approach

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet KPIs

Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and comfort picking up new systems
