SketchIndustries provide Home Modification Services within the Disability and Aged Care Sector for NDIS, Aged Care Home Care Packages and a variety of Government Funded Projects.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a well organized and highly motivated Administration Officer to provide support to our Project Co-Ordinator and Senior Administration team.

Your duties and responsibilities

Receiving and transferring incoming calls to the relevant team members

Onboarding and data entry of client profiles to our database

Co-ordinate correspondence with clients

Liase with internal stakeholders to receive and clarify information to assist clients enquiries

Ideally you will;

Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Be Confident and are a clear communicator





Have excellent organisational skills

Have an eye for attention to detail

Have a high level of initiative and ability to ask for help
