The Role
As an experienced Windscreen Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Windscreen replacements and repairs
- ADAS calibration and related procedures where required
- Removing and installing windscreens safely and efficiently
- Working across a range of vehicles and models
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety requirements
- Diagnosing and resolving fitting issues
- Maintaining tools, equipment and vehicle presentation
- Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining quality
- Providing professional service to customers
- Working independently as well as part of a team
- Following company procedures and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a Windscreen Technician
- Robust knowledge of windscreen replacement and repair
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Full Australian driver's licence
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Automotive glass / windscreen industry experience is essential.
