South Eastern Private Hospital Rehabilitation is growing and we are seeking a Grade 1 or Grade 2Occupational Therapist to complement our already dedicated and experienced team. New graduates or experienced Grade 1’s looking to work as part of a hospital multidisciplinary team are welcome to apply.
The successful applicant will have opportunity to rotate between orthopaedic, neuro, reconditioning, pulmonary, cardiac multi-trauma and Geriatric and Day Rehabilitation (outpatient services) programs.

Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
Current Victorian Driver's License
Current Victorian Police check within 3 months
Demonstrated knowledge/experience with functional assessments
Demonstrated knowledge in equipment prescription and home modifications
Demonstrated proficiency in running group-based therapy
Highly motivated, accountable and enthusiastic
Contemporary knowledge of best practice in occupational therapy provision
Passionate about patient-centred care and achieving quality clinical outcomes
Committed to qualified and team development, ability to engage all members of the multidisciplinary team
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Experience with rehabilitation of patients
Demonstrated experience with Quality Improvement projects
Previous experience in a Private Hospital setting
Computer proficient
An understanding of cultural diversity
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
