ADACS Security Systems is looking for a confident and energetic Internal Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a part-time, phone-based sales role working with warm inbound leads and existing opportunities across CCTV, alarms, access control and integrated security solutions.
You’ll be responsible for responding to enquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing and following up quotes, managing opportunities through our CRM and converting genuine sales opportunities into customers.
This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be working with leads generated through our marketing, referrals and existing customer base.
We’re looking for someone who:
Enjoys speaking with customers
Is confident on the phone
Has strong follow-up habits
Is organized and comfortable using a CRM
Communicates professionally and builds rapport quickly
Enjoys working towards sales targets
Takes ownership and follows opportunities through to completion
Experience in inside sales, tele sales, account management, business development or customer-facing sales would be highly regarded. Security industry experience is not essential, as training will be provided.

Salary for 4 days, 10 am–4 pm
$45,000–$55,000 + super + commission/bonus. (depending on experience).
Plus 12% super and a performance bonus.
