Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) is seeking an Industrial Relations Advisor to support the Snowy 2.0 project in NSW. You will resolve disputes by advising on workplace relations policies and ensure IR compliance for FGJV employees and subcontractors.
Role requires knowledge of the Fair Work Act, robust negotiation skills, and experience applying HR/IR systems and processes on large construction projects. A White Card is preferred.
