Description
About Lifely
Lifely is an Australian ecommerce business creating practical, well-designed furniture and home products. Our brand, ecommerce, product, supply, operations, and customer teams work closely together.
About the role
This is a hands-on owner role for someone who can turn brand goals into a clear content plan, make the work happen, and learn from performance. You will create and publish content, lead shoots, coordinate contributors, protect quality, and bring useful insights back to the Brand team.
What you will own
- Plan and manage social content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube for multiple Lifely brands.
- Create social-first concepts, scripts, copy, carousels, graphics, short-form video, and platform-ready edits.
- Maintain a forward-planned calendar, publish on schedule, manage communities, and surface content gaps early with solutions.
- Lead photoshoots end to end: mood boards, styling, props, products, briefs, talent and location scouting, budget tracking, on-set coordination, feedback, and final assets.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports that explain performance, show the important insight, and recommend the next action or test.
- Use audience data, trend research, competitor signals, and AI tools to improve ideas, briefs, workflow, and output.
- Coordinate with Product and Operations on samples, stock, and arrival dates, and with agencies, creators, and partner brands on delivery.
- Quality-check every post for brand fit, spelling, grammar, formatting, claims, and platform requirements.
What success looks like
- Within 30 days, the content calendar, production tracker, reporting rhythm, owners, and deadlines are explicit and operating.
- At least 90% of approved content and production milestones are delivered on time without repeated reminders.
- Agreed publishing cadence is met, including the current Cushie USA baseline of at least eight videos and eight carousel or graphic posts each month.
- Reports arrive on schedule and lead to clear creative, channel, or workflow decisions.
- Content quality, organic engagement, and social traffic improve against agreed baselines through useful testing and iteration.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Three or more years of hands-on social media and content production, ideally in ecommerce, consumer, home, lifestyle, or retail.
- A portfolio showing strong short-form video, social copy, visual content, and campaign execution.
- Proof that you can lead shoots and coordinate agencies, creators, talent, locations, products, budgets, and deadlines.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and brand judgement.
- Ability to read performance data and turn it into a useful recommendation.
- Reliable project ownership, urgency, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving.
- Practical use of AI tools, with the judgement to improve rather than replace the work.
- Hands-on use of visual content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe tools, or equivalent platforms, and short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with native publishing and analytics across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
Solid pluses
- Multi-brand ecommerce or consumer-product experience.
- Furniture, home, family, lifestyle, retail, or direct-to-consumer experience.
- Hands-on use of Planable, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar scheduling, approval, and reporting platforms.
- Qualification in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field.
- Creator, influencer, or brand-partnership experience.
Benefits
Why join Lifely
- Full-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, with attendance required for planned shoot and production days.
- Annual base salary of AUD 90,000 to 105,000, plus superannuation.

Born in 1947 in the heart of the French Alps, Salomon is a global leader in outdoor sports and lifestyle innovation. With a passion for performance and design, we create gear that empowers people to explore and push boundaries. As part of Amer Sports, you’ll be joining a global network of iconic brands with strong growth ambitions.
We are seeking a Social Media & Community Leadto lead the ANZ social strategy and day-to-day channel management across trail, outdoor and sportstyle. Working with the Head of Marketing, the wider brand and product teams and external creative, photo and video partners, you will set the local content calendar, brief and manage creators and agencies, move quickly when culture or the community calls for it, and use performance data to sharpen what comes next.
The Role.
You owns the community, not just the feed. The comments, the captions, the broadcast channels and the local network of KOLs, athletes and ambassadors are the job as much as the content calendar. Day to day responsibilities include;
- Own the ANZ social strategy, channel mix and content calendar across run, outdoor and sportstyle.
- Translate global campaigns, seasonal brand moments and product priorities into platform-native content for the local audience.
- Set and protect the local tone of voice across captions, comments and broadcast channels so Salomon sounds like itself everywhere it shows up.

- Track social, sport and cultural trends, and make the call on which ones Salomon plays in and which it sits out.
- Create and publish reactive content at speed, including capturing and editing on the fly when a moment cannot wait for a production cycle
- Build and manage a local community of KOLs, athletes and ambassadors with genuine brand fit, identifying new talent before the wider market does.
- Write clear, inspiring creator briefs that protect brand and product messaging while leaving room for the creator's own voice
- Feed social requirements into shoot planning so channel-first assets are captured on the day rather than cropped in later.
- Report on channel and content performance against agreed metrics, and use the results to decide what to double down on and what to stop.
About You.
You currently live your life across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Strava and emerging platforms, and understands the different job each one does. You can take a trend, format or cultural moment and make it feel unmistakably Salomon rather than a copy of everyone else. You have a proven track record building and sustaining an engaged online community across comments, DMs and broadcast channels. You are emersed in the ANZ run, outdoor and sportstyle consumer, their media consumption and their shopping habits.
From a technical perspective, you are comfortable capturing and editing strong content quickly and independently, and briefing professional photo and video teams for everything else. You have demonstrated experience in social media and/or community management, ideally brand side or agency side within sport, outdoor, fashion or lifestyle. You currently use social, web and commercial data to back decisions and to uncover opportunities and owning creative and talent management
What’s on offer
- Competitive salary package
- Generous staff discounts across Salomon and Amer Sports brands
- Parental Leave Top-Up Program
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities
- The opportunity to be part of a global, growing business
Why Join Us?
At Salomon, we believe in creating a culture where people can thrive, grow, and push their limits. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team with access to global opportunities and career pathways.
We recognise that no candidate will meet every requirement. If your experience is slightly different but you believe you can add value, we’d love to hear from you.
Join us during a hyper-growth phase spanning multiple markets, with new geos, new products and new player cohorts to crack.
What you’ll build with us:
Be embedded in the ads manager daily, not just pulling weekly reports. This is a hands on role for a performance marketer who treats campaign optimisation as a craft. You will build, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across paid social with your finger on the pulse of every dollar spent.
Sharpen the paid social engine across Meta, TikTok and X, building and launching campaigns without needing to be told what good looks like.
This is a build and execute role for someone who wants to grow into a specialist and eventually own a channel.
We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.
Who is Easygo?
We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.
We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.
We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify , Disrupt and Evolve with us.
With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.
The impact you’ll make:
Campaign Building & Execution (70% of the role)
- Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns from brief to live across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Reddit and assigned channels, covering audience setup through to creative trafficking
- Write ad copy variations, develop creative briefs and collaborate with designers to produce scroll-stopping assets
- Set up audience frameworks: custom audiences, lookalikes, interest stacks and exclusions
- Own naming conventions, UTM structures, and campaign hierarchies so anyone can pick it up immediately
- Support A/B test setups across creatives, placements, objectives and offer types, and document what worked and why
Daily Optimisation
- Review paid social performance every morning for action, not reporting — flag fatiguing creatives and propose replacements fast
- Monitor spend pacing, CPM trends, CTR patterns, and landing page CVR signals daily
- Scale winning creatives quickly; cut underperformers without attachment
- Adjust targeting and bids in response to live sporting events, promotions, competitor activity and regulatory windows
Reporting That Actually Gets Used
- Pull and format daily, weekly and monthly performance data across all active paid channels, focused on a clear story: what happened, why and what's changing
- Maintain live dashboards so the team isn't chasing numbers
- Feed creative performance insights back to design and content teams in plain language
- Work closely with Creative, Social, Product, Affiliate and other marketing teams to align campaigns with launches, offers and key sporting moments
- Coordinate with designers on asset turnaround, especially during peak periods
- Partner with CRM and BI on audience suppression and retargeting logic to avoid wasting budget on existing players
- Test continuously across hooks, headlines, formats, audiences, creatives, landing pages, offers and bid strategies
- Feed clear performance insights back to the creative team: what won, what failed, what needs another version
- Stay across platform updates and industry trends, be first to raise your hand to test something new
- Document test results so learnings are shared across the team
