Home Health Rehab in Geelong is seeking a friendly administrator to join our team for three days per week, 9am–5pm, working from home. You’ll process referrals, enter client data into Cliniko, manage emails, and coordinate invoicing.

You will support a team of physiotherapists and OTs, schedule referrals by location and availability, maintain client records, and help develop efficient workflows in a casual, supportive setting.
