Small Animal Specialist Hospital is seeking a motivated leader to support our ECC nursing team at Tuggerah on the Central Coast. This joint Team Leader role works with the Nurse Manager and established team across Emergency & Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine and more. You will mentor and develop staff, oversee rosters and performance reviews, and lead education initiatives in a rapid-paced ICU setting, with opportunities to influence patient care and team growth.
