Salary:
$79,423 – $85,000 per annum + superannuation About CEMO CEMO is a growing food business specializing in freshly prepared Korean-inspired food, including Gimbap, Kimchi Fried Rice, and Bulgogi. We are seeking a skilled, reliable and experienced Cook to join our team at our Chatswood location.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and assemble menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
* Prepare ingredients, sauces, fillings and other components for daily food production.
* Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation and consistency.
* Assist with menu development and improvements to recipes and food preparation processes.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleaning and temperature control procedures.
* Ensure correct food storage, stock rotation and inventory management.
* Assist with ordering and monitoring ingredients and kitchen supplies.
* Minimise food waste and maintain efficient kitchen operations.




* Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members during busy service periods.
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen. Requirements
* Relevant experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
* Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management, communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to maintain consistent food quality in a busy environment.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends where required.
