You will handle face-to-face onsite inquiries, log and triage incidents, and manage hardware setup and decommissioning for field devices and laptops.
The role requires 2+ years of IT support experience, proficiency with Windows devices, MS Office, Teams, and ticketing tools, and robust communication with a calm, skilled approach.
Occasional travel between local sites is possible.
