We're looking for a People Experience Coordinator to support the delivery of people programs, employee listening activities and initiatives across Linfox.
This is a hands on coordination role offering broad exposure across People Experience, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering, with an chance to build your HR career within a large and complex organisation.
Key areas: Coordinate People Experience programs, campaigns and initiatives across the business Conduct exit and retention interviews, capturing meaningful employee feedback and insights Support focus groups, listening sessions and employee feedback activities Consolidate people data and feedback to help identify themes, trends and prospects Prepare reporting and insights to support HR and business decision-making Partner with the broader People team to coordinate initiatives and track agreed actions Are you the one?
You're an organised and personable coordinator who enjoys working across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
