Fresenius Medical Care Melbourne is seeking an experienced nephrology nurse to lead the design, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care within our haemodialysis clinic.
You will coordinate care for a caseload of dialysis patients and collaborate with the wider health team to implement individualized care plans.
The role requires a minimum of three years' nursing experience, current AHPRA registration and a nephrology credential.
