An exciting opportunity is now available at a well-established business within Muswellbrook/Denman.
This is a contractor position.
We are seeking a mature and
experienced
Administrator who can work in a small team and manage their role autonomously.
Duties for Mining Administrator:
Provide administration assistance to the Mining, E & C and Tech Services teams;
Data entry – including timesheets, dockets, tracking information;
Maintain effective manual and electronic filing systems adhering to Record Management Guidelines and Systems in place;
Review invoices and enter details into spreadsheet for all approvers to action invoices in SAP
Collect Take 5's and prepare for archiving;
Preparation of reports and documents for meetings;
Assist with processing recent contractors on site;
Assist with SAP entries
Organise Catering
Organise Course bookings/requisition
Organise Travel arrangements for management
Assist all Mining,



Tech Services and E & C Management and Superintendents.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in database systems
Microsoft suite experience – predominantly excel
Robust communication skills
Robust document expediting experience.
Experience working in a heavy industry setting
High attention to detail
Proficient use of Microsoft products
Ability to build effective internal and external networks
Can do attitude
