One2One is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in Midland. The role covers HR administration, payroll activities, onboarding, workforce compliance, and HR projects within the community services sector.
The position is full time and office-based with hours 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, working closely with the Business Systems Manager to ensure legislative and policy compliance.
