Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead the F&B; team, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest service in a busy hotel setting.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will uphold brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, maximise revenue prospects, and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture.
Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are required; full working rights in Australia are essential.
