YAY Today is looking for experienced, confident and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide 2:1 support to a participant with complex support needs in Moorabbin.

We have genuine full-time employment prospects, offering consistent rostered hours across our SIL and complex support services for suitable candidates.

Due to the participant's personal care needs and preferences, male Support Workers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Details

Location: Moorabbin, VIC, and surrounding suburbs

Employment Type: Full time

Hours: 38 hours per week

Pay Rate: $38–$46 per hour (pending confirmation of permanent rates)

About the Role

You will work as part of a dedicated support team, providing safe, consistent and person-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing hands-on Personal Care Assistance (PCA)

Supporting daily living activities and personal routines

Delivering 2:1 support in the home and community

Supporting community access, participation and independence

Following Behaviour Support Plans and individual support strategies

Supporting emotional regulation and responding to behaviours of concern
