PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne is seeking a permanent part time Commis Chef to join our Ginger restaurant team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist with preparation and presentation of dishes, support during service, and help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen.

Ideal candidates have experience in a commercial kitchen, a Cookery qualification (Certificate II/III), and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
