About the Role As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to residents in aged care settings. We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities,



giving you the flexibility to build your own roster while making a genuine difference.

Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent

At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience

Reliable, registered and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence (advantageous)

Current Manual Handling and CPR certificates

Current National Police Check

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of older Australians

Empathetic and patient with excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Adaptable and reliable in dynamic care environments

Commitment to ongoing learning and career development
