Programmed / PERSOLKELLY is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand for a grain storage site in Dimboola, Victoria.
You will lead day-to-day grain receival, storage and outturn, supervise staff, train contractors and help maintain safety and quality at the site.
This role requires a current driver's licence, Confined Space and Level 2 First Aid, with versatile schedule including nights or weekends as needed, and the ability to work at other sites.
Front end loaders and conveyors experience is preferred.
