UnitingCare Queensland's BlueCare division is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver community-based services in Wynnum, Carina, Wacol and surrounding areas.
Roles are permanent full time or part time (minimum three days per week).
You will assess individuals, develop care plans, and coordinate with GPs and nurses while educating carers and residents on therapy.
Essential: AHPRA registration, physiotherapy degree, Australian driver's licence, and a work vehicle.
