Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd is expanding its Despatch team at the Kwinana Refinery. This permanent full-time role involves handling outgoing lithium hydroxide, sulfate salts, and other products, loading sea containers, and ensuring secure dispatch.

The position operates on a 12-hour day shift, 6:6 roster, and collaborates with Process Operations to meet production targets. Applicants should have relevant plant operations training or experience, a valid driver’s license, and a First Aid certificate.
