VitalCore Support Services – Toowoomba QLD is seeking casual Disability Support Workers to support a person living with dementia in their home in Toowoomba. This one-on-one role focuses on consistency, safety, comfort and promoting independence, with paid weekly wages.
You will undertake personal care, meals, light housework, and community activities, while reporting changes to family and care teams and maintaining transparent shift notes. Training is provided.
