An opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Administrator to provide dedicated support to an established residential sales agent operating within Haven Property. We're seeking a highly organised, proactive professional who can independently manage sales administration, marketing coordination and client care.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating new property listings, photography, floor plans and marketing campaigns
- Preparing Form 6 appointments, contracts and sales documentation
- Managing property advertising across realestate.com.au, Domain and other platforms
- Preparing weekly vendor reports and campaign updates
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and compliance documentation
- Liaising with vendors, solicitors, photographers and suppliers
- Monitoring contract conditions, key dates and settlement milestones
- Organising settlement gifts and client appreciation initiatives
- Coordinating post-settlement anniversary communications and client relationship campaigns
- Providing proactive day-to-day administrative support
About you
- Previous experience in real estate sales administration is essential
- Sound knowledge of Queensland residential sales processes and documentation
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Confidence using CRM systems and property marketing platforms
- Qualified, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to client service
- Experience with Reapit, Realworks, REIQ documentation and Canva will be highly regarded
