My Supports is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers for a brand-recent Supported Independent Living (SIL) service in Essendon North, Melbourne. You will assist participants with daily living, health and wellbeing, and meaningful community engagement in a purpose-built SDA home.

This role requires a proactive, compassionate approach, strong teamwork, and adherence to person-centred practices to support independence and meaningful life experiences.
