Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Answer customer questions and make recommendations
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Clean and set up tables
- Assist with food preparation and cleaning duties as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Qualifications:





- High school certificate or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a waiter or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
