Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a Group Reservations Agent to coordinate and manage group bookings—from corporate conferences to weddings and tour groups. You’ll ensure every detail is handled accurately from inquiry through to arrival, delivering a flawless guest experience.

You will liaise with sales, front office and events teams, input data into reservation systems, and monitor room allocations and cut-off dates.
