Job Description:

As a Bartender at TEMPO, you will be at the heart of our beverage service, creating delicious cocktails and providing top-notch service to our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor will play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Mixing and Serving: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following established recipes and presentation standards.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our drink menu, including ingredients, pricing, and specials, and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.

Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times,



including bar tools, glassware, and ingredients.

Responsible Service: Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and assist in monitoring guest alcohol consumption and ensuring their safety.

Cash Handling: Handle cash, process payments accurately, and maintain cash register records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless dining and drinking experience for guests.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender is preferred, but we welcome talented and enthusiastic newcomers to the field.

Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including mixing, garnishing, and presentation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating unique and high-quality cocktails.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
