About the Role

nWe're seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a busy retail store in the heart of Melbourne Central.n

n You'll play a key role in driving sales, building a high-performing team and ensuring the store consistently delivers against its commercial and operational objectives.n

What You'll Be Doingn

n
- Lead, coach and develop a passionate retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
n
- Drive store performance across sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and overall profitability.
n
- Take ownership of daily store operations, rostering, payroll and workforce planning.
n
- Analyse sales trends, customer traffic and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth.
n
- Create a positive, engaging team culture through regular feedback, coaching and development.
n
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
n
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
n
- Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the store's customer base.
n
- Recruit,



onboard and develop team members to support long-term business success.

What We're Looking Forn

n
- Previous experience as a Store Manager.
n
- A strong background in fashion, footwear, sportswear or high-volume retail.
n
- Proven experience achieving sales budgets and driving commercial KPIs.
n
- A genuine passion for people leadership, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
n
- Robust operational experience across stock management, rostering, payroll and loss prevention.
n
- A hands-on leadership approach with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
n
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
n
- A proactive, energetic personality with a passion for retail and delivering results.
n
