Do you believe every young person deserves access to opportunities, support, and a strong future?
We’re looking for 2 x Regional Coordinator - Youth Services to provide leadership and support across youth programs in remote communities throughout the MacDonnell Region. This is an prospect to step into a role where your leadership will directly impact the lives of young people while working alongside passionate teams and communities.
In this position you will be based in Alice Springs, with an expectation that you will spend overnight time in remote Indigenous communities in the MacDonnell Local Government area.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and mentoring Youth Services Coordinators and local teams
- Building strong relationships with communities, stakeholders, and Youth Boards
- Ensuring programs are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with funding requirements
- Driving program improvements and positive outcomes for young people
- Contributing to workforce development, planning, and service growth
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading teams within youth, community, or human services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse communities
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across the region
