Chiosco by Ormeggio is a vibrant waterfront Italian trattoria located at d’Albora Marina in Mosman, brought to life by the team behind the acclaimed Two-Hatted Ormeggio at The Spit .

Relaxed, energetic and unmistakably Italian, Chiosco is all about great food, generous hospitality and a kitchen that takes pride in doing the classics exceptionally well.

We’re looking for an experienced Casual Pasta Chef / Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

The Role

You’ll be an important part of a fast-paced kitchen delivering consistently high-quality Italian food across à la carte dining, group events, takeaway and boat catering.

We’re particularly keen to meet chefs with solid experience in fresh pasta and Italian cooking , who are confident working independently while contributing positively to the wider kitchen team.
