Senior Strata Manager | Up to $160k Package + Schedule B | 2 Days WFH + RDO

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Based in Rockdale, you will take responsibility for managing an established portfolio of approximately 20 larger buildings.
Unlike traditional strata management roles involving a high number of smaller buildings, this opportunity allows you to concentrate on fewer properties, build stronger client relationships and provide a more personalised level of service.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing an established portfolio of approximately 12 larger buildings.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with owners and strata committees.
- Coordinating and attending committee meetings and AGMs.
- Managing maintenance, repairs, contractors and building-related matters.
- Preparing meeting agendas, notices and minutes.
- Overseeing budgets, levies and financial matters.
- Ensuring compliance with NSW strata legislation.
- Responding to owner and committee enquiries professionally.
- Working alongside an experienced support team to ensure the smooth operation of the portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager who enjoys building relationships, managing larger buildings and delivering excellent client service.
Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience managing strata portfolios in NSW.




- A strong understanding of NSW strata legislation.
- Experience managing larger or more complex buildings.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Solid organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confidence dealing with owners, committees and contractors.
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Relevant NSW strata qualifications and licensing.
