We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Forklift Driver to join our Caboolture team.
This is a hands‑on role combining customer service, sales, forklift operation and warehouse duties. You’ll assist customers in-store and over the phone while also supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the warehouse.
Hours: Monday to Friday, plus every second Saturday.
What you'll be doing
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers in-store and over the phone.
- Assist customers with product selection, orders and general enquiries.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload customer orders and incoming deliveries safely.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Receive stock and help maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Assist with monthly stocktakes and stock checks.
- Keep the warehouse and sales areas clean, organised and safe.
- Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
What we're looking for
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience, ideally within building supplies or home improvement.
- Warehouse or inventory experience would be highly regarded.
- Forklift licence preferred, however training can be provided if required.
- Solid communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavier materials.
- Reliable, organised and able to work well within a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills for sales and inventory systems.
