About the role:

- Responsible for providing holistic, compliant, and high-quality advice to a diverse portfolio of existing and new clients.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with external professionals and business partners.
- Maintain detailed, compliant, and timely client records and file notes.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and complete all required CPD.
- Conduct ongoing reviews with existing clients and identify opportunities for enhanced outcomes.

About the successful candidate:

- At least 5+ years experience as a Financial Adviser.
- High levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Achievement of advice production and engagement targets.
- Strong collaboration with internal teams to support end-to-end client outcomes.
- Compliance with regulatory obligations.
