Customer Service Superstar Wanted - Cannon Hill

You'll be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers and stakeholders, managing enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Your day could include:

- Handling high-volume inbound calls
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Resolving customer complaints and enquiries
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Preparing documents and reports
- Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment
- Working towards KPIs in a busy call-centre setting

Significant Requirement

Due to operational demands and a busy workload, successful candidates must not have any leave booked during the first three months of the contract. Leave requests during this period may not be approved.
