We are looking for a Customer Service & Admin Officer who is customer-centric, organised, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team workplace.
Your new role
In this role you will provide a customer-centric service by contributing to the management and preparation (including effectively communicating amendments) of the weekly production schedule in a timely and effective manner. Your work includes managing customer orders, invoicing and dispatches.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing friendly and courteous reception services, including telephone duties and greeting visitors on site
Provide accurate and timely data entry of orders into the Production Schedule and update amendments as required with timely communication of changes
Preparing and distributing dispatch and invoicing documentation for all customer orders
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
What you'll bring
Proven experience in administration and/or data entry roles with strong customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
A positive, solutions-focused mindset, ready to work independently or as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with XERO accounting system, or similar
