Finance Business Partners: you’re in demand!

The chance:

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll move beyond the numbers to become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You’ll translate financial data into insights that shape strategy, drive performance and influence key business decisions.

Typical responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders/operations to provide commercial insight and financial guidance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycles
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
- Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Develop business cases and support investment and pricing decisions
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making




- Track KPIs and present performance updates to senior management and executives
- Support capital expenditure reviews and project evaluations
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems and controls
- Collaborate with the broader finance team to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting

What you’ll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or business, and CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)
- Proven experience in a business partnering, FP&A; or commercial finance role
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling ability
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels
- Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI)
