Hasfarm Australia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Co-ordinator to support our Procurement team in delivering seamless supply across Australia. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on data, reporting, and coordination, working closely with suppliers, states, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Create, process, and track purchase orders to meet customer demand and maintain stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams on orders, deliveries, and inventory run-outs
- Maintain accurate product, supplier, and pricing data in SAP and other systems
- Monitor supply performance, report on procurement metrics, and resolve discrepancies between invoices and receivals
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events and peak seasonal periods (e.g., Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day)
- Assist with sample management, including requests, testing, feedback, and supplier communication
- Generate buying and cost analysis reports to identify supply or margin improvements




- Support contingency planning for supply chain disruptions or product shortages
- Process invoices, adjustment notes, and other procurement-related documentation
- Collaborate with state and national teams to ensure allocation of stock aligns with demand forecasts
- Maintain risk registers and escalates issues proactively to prevent delays or overspend

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination (FMCG/food industry preferred)
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce preferred
