The NSW Ombudsman is seeking an Investigation and Resolution Officer (IRO) Grade 7/8 for the Complaints and Resolution Branch in Sydney CBD. The role involves managing a caseload of complaints, determining appropriate resolution methods, and preparing timely correspondence.

You will engage with complainants and agencies, analyse complex matters, and may assist junior staff. A adaptable, hybrid work arrangement and a 35-hour week are available.
