About the Position
Boileau is offering an exciting chance to join our dynamic team as a Field Engineer, specializing in providing comprehensive support for our customers’ printer hardware and software. The role encompasses various responsibilities:
- Servicing and repairing multi-function copiers, printers, and other digital products both in-house and in the field.
- Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fault finding.
- Refurbishing used equipment for resale.
- Supporting and advising customers through remote support.
- Assisting with stock and equipment management and movements.
About You
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about their work, value high-quality service, and recognize the significance of fostering strong customer relationships. Key qualifications for this role include:
- Previous experience encompassing all aspects of photocopier and printer servicing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital copying technology, networking technologies, and a robust mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent computer skills and outstanding organizational abilities.
- A willingness to learn and the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
The position is office based and working hours are Monday to Friday 08h30 to 17h00.
