Project Manager - Building Automation Systems (BMS) - Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Building Automation Systems (BMS) to join our Sydney Projects team. This role offers the chance to lead complex and technically challenging projects, working alongside highly skilled engineers, technicians, and industry specialists. You'll take ownership of project delivery from initiation through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Bring

- Trade qualification in Electrical or HVAC, or an Engineering degree.
- Proven experience delivering Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, or related infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of BMS architecture, control systems, and overall system design principles.
- Experience managing projects through design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and client handover.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, programming, and stakeholder engagement.




- Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience coordinating FAT and SAT activities.
- Knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
