Northern Beaches Community Mental Health Service in Brookvale is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join the Acute Care Team on a permanent full time basis. The role provides nursing and health services within a multi-disciplinary community mental health setting, focusing on triage, assessment, treatment, case management and discharge planning.

You will work with a diverse team, contribute to high-quality care, and support individuals across the Northern Sydney Local Health District.
