Charles Parsons & Co Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager/Projects Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and Recent Zealand, ensure compliance with Awards, contracts and NES, and lead payroll-related projects and system changes.

This role blends operational payroll management with strategic project involvement, testing and process improvements across HR and Finance.
