WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Do you have a background in catering and/or cleaning and a sound knowledge of food safety?
- Are you an experienced leader who can motivate, support and develop catering, cleaning and laundry teams to deliver high-quality services?
- Do you have strong organisational and workforce management skills, including rostering, staff development and performance management?
- Can you effectively manage budgets, purchasing and operational priorities while maintaining service excellence?
- Are you committed to quality improvement, food safety, infection control and compliance within a healthcare environment?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

- Lead and coordinate catering, cleaning and laundry operations to ensure safe, efficient and customer-focused services.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, training,



coaching and staff development.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring quality standards, managing audits and implementing best-practice processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial, legislative, food safety, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements.
