ELECTRICIAN REQUIRED – HOUSE RENOVATION – KILSYTH VIC

Seeking a competitively priced, licensed electrician for a residential renovation.

This is primarily a disconnect and reconnect / fit-off job, replacing existing electrical fittings with new owner-supplied products.

Scope includes:

- Replace approximately 18 light switches and 23 power points with Clipsal Iconic fittings.
- Convert existing lighting to LED downlights (16).
- Replace LED batten lights (7).
- Install internal and external wall lights.
- Install front floodlight and entry light.
- Install 2 smoke alarms.
- Connect new oven and replace 900mm rangehood.
- Install bathroom IXL heat/fan/light unit.
- Minor electrical alterations and removal of redundant fittings.
- Install new sub-board for rear outhouse, including nominated breakers.

Key:

- Primarily existing wiring and locations.




- No major new rough-in expected outside specifically listed alterations.
- All new switches, GPOs and light fittings supplied by us.
- Electrician to supply necessary cable, fixings and consumables.
- Separate disconnection and final fit-off visits may be required.
