AIA Australia is seeking a P&C; Operations Analyst to join the People & Culture Operations, Governance and Insights team in Sydney. You will support people operations, workforce reporting, governance activities and drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency across the portfolio.
You will deliver accurate reporting, maintain data quality and assist with remuneration and performance cycle administration, partnering with stakeholders to improve reporting processes and data quality.
